Because it's an emerging market and it has a folding display there is a bit of a compromise to be made in the sense that you may have questions about the durability. A reason that makes the product so enjoyable to the user is because of the design of the hinge. The hinge which allows the phone to be propped and stand on its own has been used for video and picture taking while being placed on a table or desk to be able to hands-free capture memories or to record content. Major hinge improvement with it having more resistance giving you more confidence that you won't break the device when you open or close it.

The phone now includes flatter edges all around with the fingerprint scanner that has been placed above the volume sensor making it easier to unlock your phone. The Z Flip has a snapdragon 8 plus gen 1 chip which gives an approximate 10% improvement in CPU performance and 30% in power efficiency.

It is considered to be the best portable-looking device out there with it holding down compared to the Z fold which folds from its side.

With its sleek looks and the major improvements with the display, the hinge, and the battery life I would have to give it a 3 out of 5.

I have to give it a 3 for the sole reason as you can still see where the bend in the display is after some time with it. If given more improvement and attention to the display I would have given it a higher rating.
