Whats on my mind
I had an okay thanksgiving break as I was able to catch up on lost sleep from school and binge Family Guy. It was nice since I had no work to do but overall boring.

Why reading is seen as boring.
It is very well known that people don't like to read. It is because th ere are a lot of distractions out there. Kids have access to so many things that reading would not be the first choice of entertainment for them. It can also be from having to read in school and the tv at home. School has made reading become homework and a chore making it not as appealing as school and homework is not fun. So as a result kids don't want to take work home with them and do at home what they are forced to do at school. There is also the Internet. In this world, one can do so many things online. They are not just limited to reading but they can do so much more and the most appealing of those things is watching some form of television which captivates and entertains them the right way.
